TERMS AND POLICY
 

Next Day Delivery:
All our orders take atleast 24 hours for delivery, The reason is that we only believe in fresh quality items and do not pick the ready made items from vendor, We place the order in advance with the vendor to ensure the best quality gift is delivered, However We can do a same day delivery on clients request.

Replacement Policy:
All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality. We use one of the best suppliers available in the country, However If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact us with your order number within 3 days after delivery for replacement instructions. No refund is offered and only replacement will be offered. We do not entertain any complaints for food meals like pizza hut, kfc etc and dunkin donuts as these   products cannot be tasted before delivery nor they offer any replacement to customers. However all food meals are prepared on order and normally do not have any complaints. Any complaints for food meal should be directly address to the restaurant.

Credit Card billing:
 We do not use any third party credit card service for security reasons, We have our own US bank Merchant account and whatever you shop at our website is directly billed by our company and appears as "PAKISTAN & GIFT COURIER" on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled as its booked with suppliers and courier for the delivery.

Alternative Vendor:
On Occasions like Eid we may use an alternative reputable supplier to complete order, for e,g Cakes may be purchased from suppliers like Marriott Hotel or Hob Nob and Mithai maybe purchased from Abdul Khaliq.
For smaller cities, we only use the best supplier available in town.

Late Delivery:
We always try to deliver the item on the requested date, however sometimes we may fail due to late placement of orders, Incomplete address or no one available at the given address.

Pending Delivery:
No refund will be issued on pending delivery, if in any case the address and telephone is incomplete we will contact the customer by phone or email, No freshness guarantee will be given for late items or over night purchased items If no response is received from the customer within 24 hours, we shall dispose the gift items.

Replacement Policy on Occasions:
We reserve the right to replace your item with something of same value during occasion Due to high demand or less supplies of some items, like cake flavors, cake sizes, items in food basket and pizza flavors

Special Requests:
We will try our best to fulfill the special request of customer, i-e time delivery ,cake flavors, Pizza Flavors, customize messages on cake etc. However we cannot guarantee this special request due to extra work load on certain normal days Or on occasions like Eid, Ramdhan, Public Holidays and Valentines Day.

Holiday Service :
Holiday Service is not available in some small cities, in such case we shall deliver the gift a day before or next day.

Restrictions of few items on Occasions:
We will not be able to fulfill any order of Food Meals on occasions like Eid, Mothers Day and Valentines. These items will be arranged a day earlier or a day later.

Credit Card Verification :
We will call and verify any order placed using Pakistani credit cards, If verification is not completed order will be cancelled.

   
            We use authorize-net gateway and all transactions are 100% secured and you will be billed directly by "Pakistan Gift" and not by some other company
